Personal information obtained by ActiPension through membership applications and other inquiries, including names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses will be kept confidential, retained by ActiPension and used only by ActiPension.
This information will not be revealed to other parties and, if, for any reason a request is made, the member will be informed and his or her consent obtained first.
ActiPension will protect the confidentiality of all information and will only allow access to authorized persons. Authorized persons have signed ActiPension’s confidentiality form.
